The Magnet Application period for the 2026-2027 school year will open on October 15, 2025 at 12 noon and close on November 28, 2025 at 5 pm. 

Tour presentations will be offered on Tuesday November 4 and Tuesday from 10 am to 12 noon then on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

Criteria

Due to the rigor and pace of the curriculum at the Early College Academies at Dudley High School, it is required that applicants meet the following criteria for consideration: 

-Successfully completed or currently enrolled with a passing grade in Math 1 or equivalent course. 

-Have a grade of an A or B in each subject area in the 7th grade.

-Attain at least 70th percentile on the 7th grade Reading EOG or equivalent.

-Attain at least 70th percentile on the 7th grade Math EOG, Math 1 EOC or equivalent. 

Students are NOT considered for the Early College Academy after they have already started high school. Applications are for incoming freshmen ONLY.

 

Students must pick a track during the application period. There is no option to change tracks after the application window has closed.
